After Gwadar, now Bhutan interesting development indeed, You Indians can cry as much as you want, ultimately only China and Bhutan are on the nagociation table, you will not be invited. If you have security concern that's your problem. Once we settle the boundary issue with Bhutan, they won't have to fear you anymore, China can provide as much as financial help they need.

Bhutan can join India as it will be bilateral issue, I don't think China will want this.
