China cut Iran oil import as sanctions mount

. .
The bottom line is that China is fighting for days to make payment and It looks like that the inflow is not enough to take care of the outflow....... Hence, arguing based on days of payment!!!!!!!!!!!

. .
We need to find the US moles in Sinopec and have them all shot or deported to mandatory psychiatric treatment. Any reduction in the amount of foreign oil China buys is an act of treason.

You really think there are "US moles in Sinopec"?

It seems like China trying to hedge its bets here. While China publicly denounces the prospect of sanctions it still votes in support of sanctioning Iran when it comes to UN resolutions. I guess its trying to have its cake and eat it too, nothing wrong with that, we all like cake. Id also say that China isnt stupid and will not risk any energy supply shortages while being caught up in politics.

If I had to read between the lines I would say the US has been backroom talking with China and advised them of their intentions. More sanctions are going to be imposed whether China likes it or not and they will need to adjust accordingly. I think the credit issue is just hot air, China is again just trying to hedge its bets here by saying to Iran. "Hey Iran we are on the fence here, we are stopping the oil imports because of the credit reasons, nothing to do with the impending sanctions, nothing suss, ok mate?"
Ok maybe China wont say "mate" but u get the picture;)

.
Foreign companies with business in US will reduce ties with Iranian companies to avoid US sanctions

.
there is enough oil in world BUT if OPEC and russia want to decrease price which they dont

.
China shouldn't have even cared about what the US thought or what sanctions they put on Iran.
But China has. As I pointed out before: That an economic sanction is VOLUNTARY in participation. No one forced China to reduce Iranian oil purchase. China must have perform the appropriate cost/ benefits analysis and decided not to purchased Iranian oil.

. .
Iranian brought it on them selves and will bring more to them selves if they keep going with their non sense and hostile policy.

even if iranian oil production cuts completely, it will be easily compsenated by Saudi Arabia and many other oil producers, thats not a problem at all.

if iranians stopped thier sabotage, attacking every one around them and creating troubles in the region, they should have been rich and prosperous by now as any other gulf nation, but thats what you get for been stupid.

lol after all it seems china is a bigger puppet of usa....

we indians have not announced any oil cut from iran till now....truly independent policy

nope..i hope not...we are a developing country and we need all the oil both ksa and iran can give ;)

.
They only sanction the companies, not the country itself.

We can use our other companies to pick up the slack, if Sinopec doesn't want it.

investing in iran is too risky.not so many companies will do that.
there is oil all over the world,no need to insist on iran.

There was a French mole that crawled his way up to the head of China Nuclear Corporation that's now serving life in prison, so I would not be surprised if Sinopec had at least 100 US spies.
