China completes ‘super bullet maglev’ prototype with peak speed of 620 km/h

.
Soon Chinese trains will be as fast as passenger jets.

YES! and yet the Chinese still don't want to stay there. Guess fancy trains, roads, cars and buildings, advanced weapons plus jobs, a worthwhile civilization does not make.

It's the ultimate target, but not any time soon. Still lots of R&D and tests are needed, plus the time needed to construction the new rail lines, needless to say to make it implemented nation wide, not just link a few big cities.

Not so soon, 600 km/h trains will go into operation this year i think. It's going to take a while before technology is proven and mature if you are talking about 1000 km/h and traveling on this maglev train is literally flying in centimeters above the ground.

.
This kind of super maglev train should be built soon. At present, the most popular construction places in China are from Beijing to Shanghai, and the Guangdong Greater Bay Area.

Why the Chinese don't want to stay there? And which Chinese that you meant?

So in all your eyes, those progresses [trains, roads, cars and buildings, advanced weapons plus jobs] that China achieves is just as superfluous as the "fancy" attribute?

Then why not tell us what is not a "fancy" one in your opinion? I am all ears.

Not possible when the air resistance becomes the bottleneck of impoving speed. Which doesn't bother passenger jet.
Possible, with vacuum or low pressure tubes. Does anybody know what High Temperature superconductor did they used? Can China produce them?

I believe vacuum tube train is a hoax. It doesn't work either technically or economically

You would have to ask the tens millions of Chinese who were able to migrate, or perhaps flee, abroad what they hope to obtain or find in the lands they go to. Most cannot leave but how many of the rest would leave if they could? What is wrong with China? If it is good or great (for whatever reason) then people wouldn't be leaving they would be trying to flood in.

And WHEN the "tens millions of Chinese who were able to migrate" DID migrate?

Are you confusing the millions of Chinese diaspora spread over this planet then attempting to link it with the condition in China at present days?

Btw how many is the population in mainland China nowadays?

. . .
How to stop it from flying?
I'm not an expert though. I guess it will be mainly done via:
- a better aero-dynamic design (that's why its front face looks so special)
- it will be operated in a tube
