Just the area around Pyeongyang. The North and the South of PyeongYang were surrounded by Korean kingdoms who raided the riches of Lelang, and then sacked it for good in 300 AD.

There was a drama about the last days of Lelang, in which Lelang is a rich city with gold-plated palaces while Koreans were dirt-poor and shivering in the North winter. Later, the alliance of Koryo and Baekje attack Lelang from north and south to sack it, then fight for the pieces of Lelang among themselves. Which is really depressing to watch, but the truth must be told. At least that's the Korean way.
