I am not talking about UN sanctions but bilateral sanctions. Yeah, Pakistan can retaliate sanctioning back but who gets hurt more? The primary reason for not sanctioning Pakistan is the access to Afghanistan through Pakistan . If West settles the access to Afghanistan through Iran, Pakistan would have no leverage.

I think you are right in here that the sanctions on Pakistan will not hurt Pakistan and it would be similar like North Korea sanctions or the sanctions on Russian Federation or the sanctions of Iran and this is leading to more chaos in the world, problem is colonalization and occupation.

Other countries are just the numbers. Main culprit is the India who lays down the ground work, US lays down the brick work while UK and rest of the weightless clan make up the numbers. He is not that's why I am saying he is undecided. He is attempting to take both Russia and USA along like in the past but time has changed if you don't jump into one ship you will miss both. Here is a small example tell me why India has not decided which fighter jet to produce under make in India. India has F-16 and Gripen and other options but why is India not moving forward with any. Because if India jumps onto and of the western platform it will lose Russia for ever. The day India chose a fighter jet for make in India is the day India will join one side but If India don't decides the time will decide for India and it will be left with out option and why I am saying that time will decide for India is because Russia just veto for Pakistan.
