Its a loan brother, its not like we're texting people asking them for aid.

Aid = bheek, because no one expects you to pay them back.

Loan = not bheek, because the bank will get the money back with interest.

No it would not boost the claim. Frankly, its not about claims at all. China's merely claiming AP to put pressure on India. They dont really want to settle the boundary issue. Kinda the same with India Pak. Pak wants to settle sooner than later, India wants later than sooner, thinking time is to its advantage. Same thing for China, they want to keep open the issue.

China suggests it blocked India's loan efforts at ADB due to border dispute - China - World - The Times of India

BEIJING: The Chinese foreign ministry on Tuesday indicated it was motivated by the dispute over Arunachal Pradesh to block India's application for a loan from the Asian Development Bank. Part of the loan money is meant for development of Arunachal, which China is claiming as its own territory.

Even Pakistan voted in India's favor against China !



Probably payback by Pakistan for China voting for India in the nuke deal and banning of JUD.
