Perhaps the issue may or may not crop up however with statement like these, it is bound to crop up. My point was that India may prepare itself for the unseen, it does not need to highlight the issue as of yet.

They're highlighting it for the dimwit politicos, but they're choosing the media, probably cuz they're not listening enough in defence briefings.
