Nepal going against India has a long history behind it.
1. India has illegally occupied Nepal's territory.
2. India is constantly meddling with democracy in Nepal. There are active Raw cells in Nepal who push protests fund anti govt activity and this has all resulted in the backlash India is facing today.
3. The Nepal has one major issue of conflict with India & that is the issue of greater Nepal. India has a big chunks of Nepalese territory. In 1814 British took a large chunk of territory from Nepal which was never returned to Nepal at time of British pulling out of subcontinent.

This is excellent news.
The Nepalese are really putting the cat among the pigeons.
The Indians established the principle of land grabbing and might is right.
Now it's coming back to haunt them.
All it needs is time.

british took land from afghans and gave it to pakistan , so a lot of border land with afghanistan will be afghan lands once they denounce durand line ?

Nepal should also be connected to CPEC through kashgar, so they are not bound to india anymore.
