thats quiet obvious that chinese are ahead of us , and the major reason why i feel is that they have a 5 trillion gdp which is 4 times of india's gdp and have lesser poverty rate , so their govt can afford to spend more on research and technology apart from this we lack political will and offcourse we face corruption related problems aswell .

What's the matter with the IQ that you keep mentioning? India is not much in German media for obvious reasons. So don't expect me to know much of what technological progress you make in India. We are simply playing in a different league.
