But every one of them married parents choice.

Nobody does but if someone is 35 and not married then count him as failed stock so let him have family otherwise he has nothing to lose and you don't want Jat who has nothing to lose.

If you come to know you can marry your neighbourhood girl, does it mean objectification of female and would you go ahead and Rape ?

If the girl from neighbourhood refuses does it mean you are entitled to take them away?

Did the public official said anything about taking away girls without there consensus ? Not sure how you infer marriage as institution.

I can agree to certian extend that there could have been many sober ways of conveying that Kashmiris can now better mingled with society and social rituals like marriages is now possible without legal hurdles.
