But my side discussion with Sam was not really on eugenics (what you wrote about) but more about purity of race.

I am talking about the origin and principle of "Arranged Marriage" in Hindu society. Not every different from your own idea.

After all , what good is purity of the Race if all it produces are inbred idiots.
