Army has its fare share of such people as its induction attracts people who don't fit anywhere else, but still as it's an institution with rules and frameworks I don't categorize it as such, as for politicians, I pity them

Why is it that there are mafias only in developing countries.?? Well, there are mafias in developed countries as well but not so much out of control as in Pakistan.

Problem lies in the way people are on boarded in these professions, Mazar at k sath jis ko kuch nai ata ya koi job nai milti woh ya to llb krleta hai ya foj mein bharti hojata hai ya journalist ban jata hai. We need to create strong controls how people are allowed to get in these professions.

I agree, ever wondered why? because all of the above-listed professions give them power/social recognition in one way or the other. This is the reason why no one wants to pursue entrepreneurship or any other field because then they will have no power to subjugate ordinary citizens.

Disagree, also this phenomenon is not localized. Armies across the globe suffer from such enrollments, its more of a professional hazard.

Pakistan is a country of mafias. On top is the alpha mafia that takes huge lands on name of defense and have huge business conglomerate. Then comes civil servant mafia, kala coat mafia, political mafia, oil mafia, industrialist mafia, teacher mafia, doctor mafia,sugar mafia, land mafia etc etc its just the poor that dont have a mafia.
