I have been reading S.M. Hali's columns for years and I do not take him seriously. Of course in his mind that India's nuclear program is provoking China and Pakistan, but does not seem to think the other way around: that China's and Pakistan's nuclear program is provoking India.

His TV discussions are also mind-blowing.
