Even if by any chance 2 particles (very small ie quantum in nature) collide in such a manner (probability is very very very low) that they collapse on an each other and create a minute black hole it will evaporate instantly (10 to the power 44 seconds) due to Hawking Radiation (which effects smaller black holes more and more compared to larger one), hence would be very difficult to detect itself let alone you and me feel it. You need mass to ensure that blackholes to be effective which particles such as neutron lacks. Bhai let's chill and enjoy the particle smashing.
