Germany is under US's control after ww2, if they bought Huawei 5G, then they just simply put it in the warehouses to avoid US's anger.

Because 140 usd for our bottom half is the per capita disposable income. For a household of 4, it makes 560 usd per month per household. While your 225 usd per month presumably (actually are 140 per month on average) are the average monthly salary, while in vn, you have 1 workforce per household of 4 (mainly women, as vn men are useless), which have to be devided by 4 to get the per capita, and further deducted to get the disposable income, which makes it less than 20 cents per hour per capita.
