　　罗阳同志的一生是航空报国的一生，他将自己30多年的全部精力和智慧都奉献给祖国的航空事业，用行动践行了航空报国的伟大宗旨，直至生命最后一刻。罗阳同志以敬业诚信、鞠躬尽瘁、死而后已的拼搏奋斗精神，组织了多项国家重点工程项目，取得了杰出成果，为国防现代化建设做出了突出贡献；他以追求卓越的治企理念，实现了管理创新的升华，使沈飞迈入科学发展的新阶段。罗阳同志英年早逝，用有限的生命，诠释了航空报国、强军富民的真谛，为继往开来的航空人树立了永恒的丰碑。
