NO that is a different story that is being peddled...It was like we had a rifle when you had a dagger. That is why PAF did not want to fight. PAF wass really low on spares as you had only 32 F 16s at the time that can be a real threat to IAF but the arms embargo hurt you people a lot.And the major thing was we had the Russian BVR arsenal...but your F16 couldnt carry any BVR as most of your negotiations to acquire it from other sources failed miserably.
