In the North-Western parts of Pakistan the people there make some of the best mutton in the world; using only the goat's fat and salt and pepper - Nothing more !
I live in the Eastern parts of Pakistan so no luck eating their delicacies !
all the turks even before they born know how to make kebabs

That's the base, every one adds some stuff to it. I at least add lemon juice, turmeric, black peppers, green peppers, and yogurt to barbecue meats.

take some salt and Onions and put them with meat in same saucepan remember all onions and salt must touch the all part of meat put them in Refrigerator tomorrow they will be rdy for kebab start the fire on coal remember u must put the fuel to all part of coals ( u must have balanced fire and heat ) than fire it let the coal burn for small time when u see Orange color in most part of the coals put the meat on remember the secret of having a good kebab is to turn the meat rapidly every 10-15 second (turn them even if they are not coocked ) after while u will have good kebab inside is cooked and out side is not burned

Orange, yellow and red peppers too, also summer squash, tomatoes, just about any veggie you can put on a stick, about 3 to 5 different veggies per cube of meat. Oh potatoes too, always gotta have potatoes. Oregano, italian seasoning, paprika, garlic, hmmmm.... I think I am missing something, yogurt and berries for desert. Oh, if it's red meat soak it in some soy sauce... Still think I am missing something, maybe not.

guys, I have prepared a good summary on Azerbaijan military equipments with the latest statistics available including many pictures from the previous army parade photos.
