Some of them have become approval only forums, where you have to have buddy vouch for you.. But most of them are still public..

Whats the point with having a forum that is for a closed group? Sounds retard.

High level of contribution to discussions without having people undermining and name calling that happens on public forums... doesn't sound 'retard' to me.. It's not like they are sharing anything any more different then what is shared in this forum

Yes I remember there was one was in English but I can't find it anymore and I remember there was two iranian forums one was the military and the other was the defence but I think they are gone

Owner of Militaryphotos tired of dealing with lawsuits because of photos shared thats why he/she decided to close it.Later some core members decided to launch a new site called themess and its still alive today.
