Causes and solution of nightmare

Fasting and monitoring your own intake daily for 7 days is the best way to lower your chemical imbalance.

  • Fasting here generally means controlled intake of food (i.e More fresh raw items , less oily cooked items)
  • All artificial sweets gone for 7 day (Gulab Jaman , Ladoo, Noras , Rooh Afzah , Coke , Pepsi ) drink water
  • Roti (White flour) out for 7 days , eat whole wheat roti
  • If you drink tea with 3 tea spoon of sugar , cut it down to half spoon or no sugar for week

Monitor your sleep patterns in 7 days and track it down (Never be empty stomach as it does the opposite stuff)
eat but eat the proper food

And then it is a matter of tracking + also seeing doctor for Blood pressure etc or Blood test which is a quite common practice by doctors these day for diagnosis

Most chemical imbalances self correct after 7-9 day fast (Controlled intake)


Example:
If you eat perfect diet 10 hours between 7 am - 9pm , and then at 11 pm just before sleeping you eat a big meal dripping in oil and after 20 minutes etc you sleep then you practically wasted all the effort of day when you ate clean

When you say they all started after your father passed away then that may be the reason. When my father passed away my elder brother had a hard time sleeping alone in his room and he was 30+ at that time and despite sadness he was more taken over by this strange fear. You may not be thinking about it at conscious level but subconsciously you may still be disturbed by that. May i suggest hypnotherapy.

When I was fasting for over 1 month during Ramadan... still it didn't help very much if I remember correctly... But I will certainly true to reduce my sugar intake

Thinking to try fasting for few days or at least eat as little as possible... and see if it helps..

PS: Not everyday but I also feel very weak from time to time and sleepy even if I sleep for 12 hours. I feel like my brain does not rest well enough even if I don't feel any pain anywhere in my mind...

Well you know Ramdan , fasting does not counts these days as we have tendancy to over eat

a) During iftiar time , folks have samosa , pakore, oily chips , namak pare , all sort of more stuff
b) Common drink is Rooh afza/nooras etc or other sugar filled items
c) Not to mention some rich thick curries after whole day of "fasting effort"
d) Lot of parties and invitees or attendees coming for special feast dinner etc

Most folks now a days , EAT HAEVY in pre fast mode , heavy stuff then sleep 9 am - 5pm and then at sunset eat EVEN bigger meal and binge eating continues all night

If in Ramadn your diet was modest glass of milk and may be some bread pieces
and then at iftiyar time you had a modest wheat roti and plate full of vegetable meal and raw fruits then yes it can impact things

7-9 Days

1- Don't be empty stomach
2- 80% Vegetable diet , 20% raw fruit (modest number 1-2 fruit item)
3- Eliminate 95% sugar diet , note natural sugar in fruit is not harmful
4- Change white flour roti with whole wheat. Modest quantity of plain rice / Boiled chicken
5- Modest 30 min walk 7 days (Running if you are fit person)

Out:
Chip bags , Samosa , Pakore , Oily Curry items with heavy oil , heavy biryani
Tikka , kaboobs , nihari , paye , avoid any tradition snack items in bag , anything cooked in
oil fry pan , Buscuits (butter ones) (Out)


After 7-8 Days if your sleeping does not improves , you can approach a doctor and request blood test to see what is abnormal in your blood

Recommended you do blood pressure test (Before) and (After) to also track the difference eating habbit change made over 7-8 day cycle

You are right man... In Ramadan we make sure to oil all the oily foods in the world so it could be because of that...

Science describes dreams as an interpretation of sub conscious mind other than giving hypnotherapy a try, must for you is to exercise religiously. When physically tired the quality of sleep improves.

I think somewhere in the heart it hurts from time to time but I had been quite normal after few weeks of his death. I cannot say on behalf of my subconscious mind but to me its all happening due to a difderent reason perhaps.

I sometimes feel so fed up that I feel like crying... that I have to go to sleep and watch another 2 hours of dreams each day... I mean the dream is not just a matter of come n go... It stays in my mind and plays like a 2 hours worth of movie... such a long dream that is isnt it... lol

Have it interpreted. If you are a religious person, get the Islamic meaning of it, will help. Is it possible that you might go on a road trip or something? Maybe you should cancel it considering you crash. Am i right?

And don't share bad dreams with others.

Try writing down the details as soon as you wake up, even small details. Should look to get it interpreted.

I do write some of my dreams by sending a private message to somebody on PDF or a text message to myself when I feel its worth it...

The problem is if lets say I have been seeing dreams since 1st of January 2016, it means I have been seeing dreams for 330 days and in average I see at least 2-3 dreams per night.. lets say its 660 dreams in 1 year...

I could write the whole book with the number of dreams I have had :rofl:

Try this will make you super fat ........BTW most SSRI's make you gain weight , how in the world is Lexapro making you lose it?
