That first picture is of a Canadian Soldier in Afghanistan.

Nice but some thoughts:

Is he not considered a Non Believer or Kaffir ?
Will he be able to practice his religious duties ?
When there is war with India will he be able to kill Indian Sikh soldiers without any hesitation ?

Logically once the Partition was agreed and carried out, the animosity between communities should have reduced as there was no further cause left to fight for. In reality it has greatly increased. What explains that ?
Hes considered a Pakistani and will be treated like a Pakistani - he is able to practice ALL of his religious duties without discrimination, and even gets alot more perks and yes - Pakistani Sikhs hate Indians more than any other religion in Pakistan. He wont even hesitate for a second and as of 2016 we have around 50-100 Sikhs in the military now.

I am sure the minorities in Pak are as patriotic as any other citizen. Good thing people are getting the opportunity to serve their nation. Even during WW-2 - the head of Luftwaffe was Herman Goering - he was second only to Hitler in the Reich. His nephew Werner Goering proudly and fiercely fought for the Americans as a US Air Force pilot.
