Can't post.

Hello, Mods i cant post from My pc and laptop. Right now i am posting from cell phone. I have tried from mozilla and chrome but failed.

After i click the post button, there is waiting sign ... but everything remains same.

My network connection isn't slow. Its 3g and i can watch youtube videos without pause.

so what is the cause? help.
