Every field will have similar information ans statistics relating to death of employees. But the given data isn't sufficient to prove that nuclear power in India is a unsafe option.
Of the given 2600 or 70% cancer related deaths, the reason may not necessarily mean radiation from the powerplants, it could be genetic, due to smoking etc too. India has over 7 lakh cancer death a year, and this 2600 figure over 20 year pales down in comparison.
Suicide rate of 255 in 20 year from BARC also pales down when compared to the 1.35+ lakh suicides India is seeing every year, and even this does not imply anything against safety of nuclear powerplants in India.
