Plenty can be done. This isn't a done deal, there is still much to do. The last time Canada supplied India with uranium, the Indians lied to Canada, and used it to build the bomb. All it would take is for India to screw up once.
And that's another problem. Do you guys really think the debate is over? Nope, it's only beginning.Our domestic mines can yield enough uranium for 'atim bums'.
Wrong. India used a Canadian nuclear reactor to enrich the Uranium for its military program. That was against the terms of agreement. But India did not use Canadian Uranium, we had our own.

Can Pakistan do that plenty ? All the rogue states like North Korea, Libya and Iran ( Not a rogue state for me ) got hands on nuclear technology just because your countryman Photochor Khan stole the technology.
