India currently is still a service orientated economy, honestly speaking, it's a big challenge for India to transform from a service economy to a manufacture economy, so far all economy drivers (UK, Germany, US, Japan etc) were historically dominant manufacturer at specific stage.

You didn't tell me why there are over 150,000 Chinese refugees in India. These are just some few thousand Indians - happy if you deport them. We won't deport the poor Chinese citizens here - we give them a registration card, food, clothing, shelter and dignity - something they clearly don't get in China.
