but it can surely be very popular as the younger generation seem to have a liking for motor sports and now more chances sincewe have our very own Grand prix in India.

we get to hear a lot of that.. but it's unfair to compare the two sport to be honest. concept is completely different. f1 had over 100thousand people at the circuit today & might see similar crowds in future races too. cricket match might never pull that kinda crowd.. & that's what happens in every racing country. you might find over 100thousand people attending silverstone every year, but if you ask a brit what's the most popular sport in britain.. he might not even mention f1 or any racing. you might get to hear people mention football, rugby & cricket... in that order!!
