An ideology is not countered using a gun, it's countered using another ideology.

Amazing post. Its like keep watering the plants but then pulling the leaves off to destroy it, it simply will not work. The ideology of the jihadis was introduced a few centuries back and then introduced during the Afghan jihad against Soviet unions. The foreign agencies realised we can brainwash and use this ideology to expand their influence. Research on Mali, Nigeria, Somalia, Egypt, Libya, Algeria, Morocco, Yemen, Syria, Iraq, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia. The same fake jihadis causing destruction, all in the name of Islam and Quran.

The Islamic ideology is the only solution to counter the extremists, both who use religion as a tool and those who are westernised. Islam is a peaceful religion, religion of mercy and humanity. Unfortunately the Muslim states are puppets and do not make their own decisions.
