I never understood the allure of drinking expensive coffee in an air conditioned shop when you can have much better coffee at 1/10 the price outside at a South Indian Coffee Shop or Indian Coffee house.

well its not about that we are promoting them, but its about pragmatism, CCD's quality is not as good as their international counterparts, they had not even effectively tapped Indian market yet they want to globalize, they are not going to penetrate the European or american market for sure, albeit they will face an onslaught of the rivals in the home market also.
