China/Iran/Pakistan have been far too passive against Western aggression. There needs to be daily blasts at the other side to make them come to their senses.

Prime Minister Imran Khan Friday assured his Chinese counterparty that no effort would be spared to fully investigate the Dasu incident.

In a telephonic conversation with Chinese Premier Li Keqiang, he said no hostile forces would be allowed to damage brotherly relations between Pakistan and China.

The prime minister expressed heartfelt condolences over the loss of precious lives of Chinese nationals caused by the tragic incident in Dasu.

PM Khan said the people of Pakistan share the grief and pain of the bereaved families. He underlined that the government of Pakistan is providing the best possible medical care to the injured Chinese nationals.

“Pakistan and China have an iron clad friendship that has withstood the vicissitudes of time,” he said.

He said the security of Chinese nationals, workers, projects and institutions in Pakistan was the highest priority of the government.

‘PM monitoring probe’

On Thursday, Minister for Information Fawad Chaudhry said that "terrorism cannot be ruled out" in the Dasu accident.

"Initial investigations into Dasu incident have now confirmed traces of explosives," the minister had said.

He had said that PM Imran Khan is "personally supervising all developments in this regard" and that the government is closely coordinating with the Chinese embassy.

"We are committed to fight the menace of terrorism together," he had said.

Earlier in the day, Foreign Office spokesperson Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri had said that a "comprehensive" probe has been launched into the incident, adding that it is "also being investigated from the angle of terrorism".

He had added that close contact is being maintained with Chinese officials.

ISLAMABAD: A high-level Chinese investigative team arrived in Islamabad on Friday to take a briefing from Pakistani counterparts on Kohistan bus incident in which nine Chinese nationals and three Pakistanis lost their lives on July 14, 2021.

Sources said that the Chinese team would visit the site of the bus incident where the Pakistani authorities would give them a comprehensive briefing on the incident and would also share the findings so far.

Initially, the Foreign Office had stated that the bus carrying Chinese workers plunged into a ravine after a mechanical failure resulting in leakage of gas that caused a blast. However, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry, on Thursday, said that initial investigations into the Dasu incident have now confirmed traces of “explosives”.

“Terrorism cannot be ruled out,” he added.

Earlier in the day, Prime Minister Imran Khan had a telephonic conversation with his Chinese counterpart Li Keqiang in which, according to the PM House, the prime minister assured him that “no effort would be spared to fully investigate the incident”.

Definitely India is behind this or could even be the Americans.. It is someone who purposely targetting Pakistan state interests
Mercenaries prostituting themselves for foreign money. I feel sorry for one that gets caught.

After the investigations are over, Indians just better hope and pray that India was not involved. Other wise be ready for China's wrath. China seems to be pissed off and most likely will respond with fury and as they say, pay backs are always a beach.

India is probably involved. Since the official Indian stand is against CPEC since it involves construction in Indian claimed areas.
China was hiding its casualties after the galwan clash to avoid inciting India, as per official Chinese sources and posters here. I dont see the Chinese creating any nuisance for India even if India's involvement is proven.
But why are the Pakistani casualties being totally ignored ? Why is the total focus on the Chinese ?

Question is deployment of PLA troops in Pakistan for protection of own projects and personnel.

So its an act of terror... God help all those who name themselves the enemy of Pakistan then

Absolutely it was an act of terrorists aiming to disrupt the ongoing Pak China cooperation. Sadly they succeeded in doing that at the moment.
Pakistan has to devote entire its resources to hunt them down.
Who is responsible for such tragic incidents in the country resulting in a human and material loss for the country?
What were our so many intelligence agencies doing?
Why did they fail to protect our Chinese Engineers?
Have these been held accountable to anyone for their worst failure?
Have they learnt any lesson from such tragic failures?

It is really sad to see this incident. Hope Pakistani and Chinese investigators to reveal the true cause, which will enable us to bring justice and revenge to the fallen compatriots.

I do believe Pakistan and Chinese teams will show great resilience and fighting spirit and continue the dam construction work. The purpose of blast, if proven to be an act of terror, is to prevent the success of this major CPEC project. A great way to defeat the enemy is to make sure this project delivered on time.

few are may be already there.
Considering the damage may be it is genuine cylinder blast, but why such risks are taken for such sensitive projects. No high flammable material or CNG/LPG based vehicle should be allowed for transportation of foreigners, especially Chinese.
