'Burma's bin Laden' spearheads 969 campaign urging boycott of Muslims

Killed them in their hundreds, some think thousands in the recent insurrection.

When was this? Tibetans killed Muslims?

Are you talking about centuries old history - Muslim invaders killed a lot of Buddhists - in millions then, practically wiped out Buddhists presence from Central Asia, Afghanistan and erstwhile Pakistan and Northern India, plus sent conquering forces into China and Tibet who created mayhem there.

Not in Burma or Lanka where that are a tiny non violent minority.
Burma's Rohingya muslims had violent separatist movements among them before 1971. The Islamic militant groups wanted to carve out a state and join the then Pakistan. They almost succeeded in their objective until Burmese army, in reaction to a hunger strike by Buddhists, cracked down hard on them.

Rohingyas are not the innocent victims of violence that the Ummah fanbase wants us to believe. Their population is radicalized and their militant groups even have alleged ties to Al Qaeda.

I don't know about Burmese muslims of other parts though.

Lankan muslims are indeed said to be model citizens. Completely different from what we see in other South Asian countries I hear. But they are not different with respect to ghettoisation among muslims. So they are not that well integrated into the society.
