The first time I read that anywhere was when Nawaz Shareef made a State visit to the UK and the anthem was played as he was on the tarmac at Heathrow. The airport staff commented on how nice they thought the anthem sounded. It was reported in a couple of the newspapers. But there was a survey as well. The tune of the Pak anthem was rated amongst the top ten in the world or something.
