Actually it is a very nice diplomacy by UAE. They won a lots of goodwill of Indian and Pakistanis by their Humble gesture.

I'm so happy that GCC countries have now decided to remain neutral, and to treat India and Pakistan equally. Earlier their stance was very pro-Pakistan.

Sir, further there are some verbal info, that Indians paid a heavy fee tag for lit-up.
For Pakistan, it was done for free to augment the existing brotherly relationship among both countries.
Sir, could you confirm that?
