Burhan Wani remembered on third anniversary of martyrdom

You are forgetting that three layered democratically elected government.
If there would have been democratically elected government at all three levels,
Army, police, judiciary etc manned by local people; there would be no Bhagat Singh at that time.
And if there would have been any, He would have been labelled as a terrorist.
As simple as that.

There is a big difference between occupation and democratically elected government along with all the institutions manned by local population.

See the fallacy of your logic and learn why international community is not giving two hoots to your constant whining.
So a British occupation would be okay if they had done such things?

. .
If South Asia was still occupied by the British and Bhagat Singh's actions happened presently, he would have been classified as a terrorist.

In their own times, Bal Gangadhar Tilak, Bhagat Singh, Subhas Chandra Bose, and many many others, were considered arch terrorists and criminals, in the eyes of British, and in fact, by the world at large; as now Shaheed Burhan Wani, and the likes are being pronounced, by the occupying forces and their worldwide sympathizers.

When we finally attain the mind blowing standards of our erstwhile neighbour's school of advanced terror training and actually elect a terrorist genocidal madman as our pm, then we'll tweet about him from official accounts.

Yes, they elect a third grade criminal and terrorist as their PM and then start giving sermons and lectures against "Terrorism".

Except, HSRA; the organization Bhagat Singh was groomed in and part of as well as Bhagat Singhji himself never indulged in killing civilians. While Hizbul Mujahideen is renowned for killing doctors, human rights activists, lawyers, and Professors. Even Sajjad Lone's father, Abdul Ghani Lone was killed by Hizbul Mujahideen. The Organisation that ISPR chief is batting for was instrumental in the exodus of all Kashmiri Pandits from the valley.

So why is ambushing a military convoy in Kashmir regarded as "terrorism"? French resistance and Indian resistance among many others have been hailed as heroes of legitimate freedom struggles for such acts. Once again we return to YOUR failed logic and the failed logic of other occupation sympathisers posting here. The argument becomes cyclical.

You should simply accept the old adage that one man's terrorist is another man's ....democratically elected prime minister.

You're getting cause and effect mixed up. Countless modern nation states have been built on or liberated by acts of terror against an unfavoured occupier (against both the occupying military and the innocent families of those military) and indeed against unfavoured civilian rivals also. USA, Israel, India to name but 3. After the occupiers are expelled, then these nations happily adopt 3 tier or 10 tier governments. The more historically accurate sequence of events is that when an undesirable occupier is removed forcibly (usually partly or wholly by force of arms), only then can the nation that remains institute its democratic strategy.

One man's terrorist can be another man's hero, but a democratically elected prime minister is a Democratically elected Prime minister, even if subservient to the COAS.

Coming back to Hizb ul mujhahideen, maybe your government should try and delist them given their stellar conduct of killing civilians.

Yup...you are right.... but this is how the world works? why so much emphasis on something which is established and well known.

Our terrorists, someones's freedom fighter and vice versa..... Let one celebrate him as a martyr, and let other spit on his grave..... Period.

Again, you are manipulating the word 'Occupier'. When people of any area, regularly elect their representatives to govern themselves, they have their own people in Security forces, judiciary and other systems, they can not be said 'Occupied'. If they feel their representatives are not governing properly, they can change them or vote them out in the next election. This is called pure and complete self governance.

The people who take weapons against such government and kill civilian to spread terror, are called 'TERRORIST'.
That is why UN has declared HAFIZ and MASOOD AZHAR terrorist, and not to Umar Abdullah or Mahbooba Mufti.

MIRPUR: Young Kashmiri freedom fighter Burhan Muzaffar Wani was remembered on his third martyrdom anniversary falling on July 8 (Monday) at both sides of the Line of Control.

Paying rich tribute to the young Kashmir freedom struggle leader, AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan has said that shaheed Burhan Muzaffar Wani was a brave son of Kashmir.

Haider said that his martyrdom gave a new impetus to the Kashmir freedom movement.

Terming Burhan Muzaffar Wani as ever-lasting great symbol of the struggle against oppression and tyranny, he expressed his resolve that no stone will be left unturned to complete the mission of the thousands of Kashmiri martyrs.

Special ceremonies followed by mass public rallies will be held at all district and tehsil headquarters in AJK including the state’s metropolis to mark the martyrdom anniversary of Wani with full respect and honor.

And in Indian occupied Kashmir, there will be complete shutter-down strike across the occupied valley to mark the martyrdom anniversary of Burhan Muzaffar Wani, on the call of the elderly Kashmir freedom struggle leader Syed Ali Gillani and Mir Waiz Omer Farooq.

Wani, a resident of Tral and commander of Hizbul Mujahideen was martyred along with two associates by the Indian troops in a fake encounter in Kokernag area of Islamabad district on July 8 in 2016.

His martyrdom had triggered a sustained wave of violent protests that claimed the lives of at least 100 civilians.

Freedom movement in Kashmir got major boost after his killing by Indian army. Feb 27.2019 was also the part of escalation that was created by his sacrifice. Modi govt thought that they will crush the struggle by brutal force but something opposite occurred for their interest.
When we finally attain the mind blowing standards of our erstwhile neighbour's school of advanced terror training and actually elect a terrorist genocidal madman as our pm, then we'll tweet about him from official accounts.
We are all Burhan Wani.

Inna lillahi wa Inna ilayhi rajioon.

Shaheed marta ni ey, zinda he aur Khuda ke paas he.
Salute to Shaheed Burhan Wani.

There's a huge difference. Burhan etc that fight their own country in support of enemy agenda (in this case Pakistani establishment need to keep this issue alive for their own budgetary replenishment and share of budget) are mere terrorist roaches that get caught or otherwise eliminated.

Freedom fighters have a different mission and are patriots.

You know our older generations probably from Grand fathers time looked at kashmiris as soft people, which deep down they're but over time they as a people have shown great determination

That's decades they have been going on, only some select few people groups (Chechens, Palestinians, kurds etc) in the world put up this kinda decades long resistance , proving kashmiris as a mentally strong people and culture
