Indians are not allowed to eat other humans as well, why arent u protesting for cannibalism to be allowed. Recently a north east state has banned dog meat. And muslims can go without beef, its not that they will die by not eating beef.

Why have not we seen even a single Muslim indian army chief though muslims are 15 % and Sikhs only 1 % we have seen plenty Sikhs . Muslims overall are not given army jobs though owing to their healthy diets and educated background they are always better than Hindus and Sikhs.
You may say there was aMuslim president but thats not a power post as you know what I mean.

You failed to answer my question. I asked you to name 3 things that Hindus can do, but Muslims cannot.

1) Neither Hindus nor Muslims are allowed to eat beef in many parts of India. In some parts of India, both Muslims and Hindus can and do eat beef. Outside India too, both Hindus and Muslims can eat beef. Where is the unequality?

2) You could say that about Hindus as well. 15-20% of Jawans are Sikhs, even though they are only 2% of the population. Hindus don't have that ratio either. The reason being culture - soldiering has been a traditional profession for Sikhs, and Punjabi-Haryanwis in general. Not so for most other parts of India.

BTW, just curious, how many Hindu or Christian army chiefs has Pakistan had? India has had Muslim and Sikh presidents and prime ministers. (Zakir Hussain, Zail Singh, Abdul Kalam, Manmohan SIngh...) Do you want to compare your record of equality of opportunity?

Syed Ata Hasnain, as commander of XV corps, was responsible for keeping Kashmir Indian. The security of the entire state was under his command. (And he didn't disappoint.) He was also the Director General of Military Operations, and later Military Secretary. Previously he also commanded the Victor force of the Rashtriya Rifles, and was responsible for counter insurgency of South Kashmir.

When Police fires rubber bullets or pellets or water cannons at a mob to disperse them or to break a riot, then its pretty hard to choose individual targets. If there would be elderly people or women or children in that mob, then its very likely that they would get hit too. Any parent who cares about his/her child wouldn't allow his children to even go near a confrontation between a mob and police. Those kids and teenagers who pics you've posted, shouldn't have been near the mob when a protest/riot was going on.

1) Well yes, there is religious bigotry in India. Nowhere close to the amount in certain other countries, but it is there. But as a nation, everybody is equal in the eyes of the law.

2) Jats weren't asking for sedition from India. Nor were they supporting armed insurgents. Nor have they ever taken up arms against the nation. There is a big difference. BTW, muslims can and do protest in other regions of India - they don't face live bullets either.

Even in the recent protest in Kashmir, do you see the army firing at protestors? If that happened, how many people would be dead? If one armyman with an automatic rifle opened fire, how many people would die? The security forces there are exercising the maximum possible restraint under the circumstances.

3) I'm no fan of Modi, but the rest of the world does NOT consider him a terrorist. No matter how many times you say it, it doesn't become true. All countries, from USA to Saudi Arabia to Iran have welcomed him with open arms. (That's more a welcome for the nation, not the man.) There is enough legitimate criticism that can be directed at him for the handling of the riots in 2002. But your over the top rhetoric ain't that.

BTW, Saudi Arabia recently gave him their highest civilian award. As I said, I'm no fan of his, but you have to stop making these strawmen figures to attack; it serves no purpose. When you say things like the entire world consider him a terrorist, it is an immediately disprovable claim.

Left-backed organisations comprising students and other members of rights groups converged at the College Square and marched towards the Sealdah station, sporting placards which read, ‘de-militarise Kashmir’ and raised slogans like, ‘Kashmir maange azaadi, Manipur maange azaadi’.


“We are demanding azaadi for Kashmir and Manipur. Azaadi for us means withdrawal of army and AFSPA. The people are oppressed by the army and it has resulted in so many deaths. It’s high time that these two states should be freed from armed forces and AFSPA,” said Mrinmoy Sarkar from the Progressive Democratic Students' Federation (PDSF) organisation.

Sarkar alleged that ever since the rally was announced, they received a number of threats from right-wing organisations. “There was every attempt to silence us. A lot of people who were to participate in this rally were threatened. But, we can’t be silent anymore. Everyday, the death toll and number of injured is rising in Kashmir. We must stand united for the people of Kashmir.”

This protest rally comes in the wake of simultaneous protests being organised by the several groups across the country. On Wednesday, similar rally was organised at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar.

It makes me even more sad that rather be apologetic for such incidents of torturing, injuring and killing of kids, almost all Indian members are calling for more brutal force being used in IOK. I am not asking them to condemn is but being apologetic for such incidence is least what humanity asks for. I could have posted more horrific pictures here but firstly my conscientious didnt allow me to do so, secondly all Indian members wud turned just blind eye like happened right now, with "Crush them All" slogans everywhere.

My friend thats why i deliberately posted pic number two to show that no one out there is spared. I am sure they can distinguish between kids and grown ups. Just notice how the cop at extreme right is being stopped by another cop near him to beat that kid in front of him.
