I cant keep it to myself as they r terrorist. They want civil war against BD.
They r killing ppl, burning vehicles and properties on a rampage.

ঢাকা: সম্প্রতি দেশের বিভিন্ন স্থানে মন্দির, গির্জা ও হিন্দু সম্প্রদায়ের বাড়িঘরে হামলার ঘটনার তীব্র নিন্দা ও প্রতিবাদ জানিয়ে বিচার বিভাগীয় তদন্ত কমিটি গঠন করে দোষী ব্যক্তিদের বিরুদ্ধে আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থার দাবি জানিয়েছে জামায়াতে ইসলামী।

দলের ভারপ্রাপ্ত আমীর মকবুল আহমাদ রোববার সন্ধ্যায় এক বিবৃতিতে এই আহবান জানান।

তিনি বলেন, “বাংলাদেশ সাম্প্রদায়িক সম্প্রীতির দেশ। জামায়াতে ইসলামী সকল ধর্মাবলম্বীদের প্রতি সম্মান প্রদর্শন করে। কারো ধর্মীয় অধিকারের ওপর হস্তক্ষেপকে জামায়াত ঘৃণা করে। মন্দির, গির্জা, প্যাগোডা অথবা অন্য কোনো উপাসনালয়ে হামলা, ভাংচুর, অগ্নিসংযোগের সঙ্গে যারা সম্পৃক্ত তাদের সাথে জামায়াতের কোনো সম্পর্ক নেই।”

বিবৃতিতে বলা হয়, “কোনো ভিন্ন ধর্মাবলম্বীর ধর্মীয় ও ব্যক্তিগত অধিকারের ওপর হস্তক্ষেপ করতে ইসলাম কঠোরভাবে নিষেধ করেছে। যারা অমুসলিমদের ঘরবাড়িতে হামলা, ভাংচুর করছে বা ধর্মীয় উপাসনালয়ে হামলা চালাচ্ছে, আমি জামায়াতে ইসলামীর পক্ষ থেকে তার নিন্দা ও প্রতিবাদ জানাচ্ছি।”

মকবুল আহমাদ বলেন, “আমাদের আশঙ্কা- ক্ষমতাসীন গোষ্ঠীর পৃষ্ঠপোষকতায় হিন্দুদের বাড়িঘরে হামলা ও অগ্নিসংযোগ করে সরকারের বিরুদ্ধে গড়ে ওঠা গণ-আন্দোলন ভিন্ন দিকে প্রবাহিত করার অপচেষ্টা চালানো হচ্ছে। আমি এসব নৈরাজ্য সৃষ্টিকারীদের ব্যাপারে সতর্ক থাকার ও তাদেরকে প্রতিহত করার জন্য দেশবাসীর প্রতি আহ্বান জানাচ্ছি।”

Cop killed in clash with Jamaat-Shibir in Jhenidah

A constable was killed and three were seriously injured as Jamaat-e-Islami and Islami Chhatra Shibir men clashed with police in Harinakunda upazila of Jhenidah on Sunday.

The deceased, Omar Faruk, was a constable of Sanatanpur police outpost in the upazila, reports our Jhenidah correspondent.

Nazrul Isalm, officer-in-charge of Harinakunda Police Station, said around 2, 000 Jamaat-Shibir men brought out a procession in Doel Chattar area around 11:30am.

When police tried to resist them, the processionists locked into the clash with the law enforcers.

Later, the Jamaat-Shibir men caught four policemen including Omar Faruk and beat them up mercilessly with sticks and lethal weapons, the OC said.

Faruk died on the spot. The injured constables were rushed to Harinakunda Upazila Health Complex, he said.

Additional police, Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) and Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) were deployed to stave off further trouble.

Truck crushes Gazipur Shibir leader during picketing

A leader of Islami Chhatra Shibir was killed after a truck, being chased by pickets, ran him over on Dhaka-Mymensingh highway in Gazipur during Jamaat-called 48-hour hartal on Sunday.

Abul Hashem, Jamaat ameer of Gazipur district unit, claimed that deceased Abdur Razzaq, 30, was the president of Shibir of Shreepur upazila (south) unit.

Razzaq was an honours third year student of Gazipur Bhawal Badre Alam College, reports our Gazipur correspondent.

Witnesses said Razzaq along with some other leaders and activists of Jamaat and Shibir blocked the highway at Zaina bazaar by felling logs since morning.

At one stage, they tried to vandalise the Gazipur-bound truck which was passing through the area.

As the panicked truck driver sped up his vehicle, Razzak came under the wheels of the truck and was critically injured.

The Shibir leader was rushed to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries moments later.

Abul Hashem, officer-in-charge of Sreepur Police Station, however said they did not receive any death report until 10:30am.

What the above incidents have to do with attacking Hindus? Cops were venomously acting like AWAMY goons and mercilessly firing at protesters since long. So it was the cops that brought it up to them. The rumor was that the one got killed Yesterday at greater CTG division used to be an EX-SHIBIR activist that refused to fire at protesters then OC killed him. So, don't jump on the conclusion prematurely.

The Jamaat and Shibir activists have created terror throughout Bogra since Sunday morning through their ‘militia-like’ processions, attacking police stations and camps, setting fire to the railway station and taking part in sporadic clashes with police. Nine people have been killed in the clashes and violence until now.
