That's a NCAER definition. You need to query it to understand why the income distributions are so classified.

However here are a couple of points:

1. The #s most probably are nominal and not PPP.
2. Those are 2010 #s. Since then the GDP growth has been as shown below. The GDP since 2010 should be up by @25-30%.
