if you are in US then the price changes from state's to states say for eg virginia is expensive , new york region is a lot cheaper

like here in canada qubec is way more cheaper i mean you can get a good car insurance for as low as $50.cad while we in ontario pay atleast $125.cad so like its depending the state or province in which one lives though i agree that internet, insurance etc is way to expensive they must reduce these cruel rates
