Other Veto members can discuss with China but things like this cannot be done upon the wish of India alone. When the firstbenchers see they dont have control they bend the rules on name of reforms.. and its 5 vs 1 china..and more china will be blocking more irritated others will be..and india just have to ask for reforms in unsc and no body will oppose..its called politics friend but alone china with pak and korea how long can bear it we have to see :p

Sooner or later India will & when it gets in India will do some payback..
Also China's desperation is failure when comes about Kashmir,so called Indian terrorism or IWT everything..India will always able to gain most member's support whether in UNSC or not..

No issue even 1 is enough VETO is veto..Purpose is served and that is what matter.
