Difference is in attitude of people, China just see's the importance of Myanmar's resources, strategic position etc

India the hindutva population takes open glee at the persecution of Rohingya because they are muslims

Consequences should be their for both or any nation supporting such oppression


But for China this is self interest and with enough costs they can be deterred, its up to muslim majority countries to give that cost
