BREAKING: 2 Indian Army jawans killed in Pakistani ceasefire violation in Gurez sector, Bandipora,jk

Its firing cover for more infiltration before winter snow sets in

Rest in peace

Not confirmed, but some reports are suggesting a rocket attack on an observation post. That'd be probably a RPG-7 shell, but could be anything from Carl Gustav to an ATGM. If proved, this may warrant an unusual escalation in retaliatory firing, even though rocket attacks are not all that uncommon along the LOC.

If these casualties are because of heavy mortar fire then its retaliation is forgone conclusion

RIP SOLDIERS!!!

Its the consequences India has to pay for trying to divert Pakistan's focus on eliminating terrorism in Operation Zarb e Azb; border Skirmishes forces Pakistan to take out troops from Zarb e Azb and deploy em on the border. RIP to the Soldiers.

Rangers don't employ heavy weaponry on the border, heavy weapons are request from the Army who are stationed close by.

Almost invariably the first casualty reports come from the Indian side. Now of course, there will be a retaliation.

Most likely killed in a Skirmish, BSF isnt that capable to take on the rangers in a direct skirmish. Indian "retaliation" mostly focuses on civilians and no matter what; India always has higher Military casualties.

LOL check both their capabilities first and educate yourself. Rangers got nothing on BSF.

That's because Indian soldiers don't hide behind civilians like your soldiers.

There is mounting civilian toll on pakistani side and temprament is running low...
