I agree. Both are occupiers of Muslim land. Kashmir and Lucknow are ours and there they impose their own laws disallowing us to shoot monkeys or eat beef. Lucknow has suffered constantly due to Indian rule. India frames innocent muslims using laws such as POTA and any muslim can be kidnapped any day by any government agency.

Then why did some Muslims chose to stay here in India as her citizens rather migrating to Pakistan when they had the opportunity? Muslim population has grown in India , which is in contrast to Pakistani Minorities. There is no such thing as Muslim Land or Hindu Land or Christian land.. If I am to go by your logic, Muslim's dont even belong to subcontinent had they not occupied lands.
