Bramos A should be at least more than 600km,when dropped from 17000 high

its just a tad above 700 km+ in a typical high high high profile and a dive in the end released from 9km altitude.. Above that is something which will then have a tradeoff scenario. Standoffs are designed for max operating range in the vicinity of 500 m to 14 km. The only issue is the higher the release height, the upper phase A boost gets a bit compact due to altitude constraints.
