Sorry buddy. Can't agree with this. For me a terrorist who kills innocent men , women and children , doesn't deserve any respect even after death.

But unless he has been declared a terrorist by a court or a competent body like UNSC, how can you pronounce him a terrorist?

He headed an organization banned in Pakistan, for us he was a terrorist and got a bullet drilled through his head, so will others like him. You can worship him and have his Morti if you wish.

UNSC kept silent when Saddam was using chemical weapons on Iranians and his own people. Does he deserve respect ? See the pics of dead children if dead men and women doesn't matter. Those people never harmed anyone and their own ruler killed them.

Idi Amin, Hitler, etc. , respect, never. Respecting them after their death means mocking at the lives of those who fought against the tyrants and those who got killed without doing any wrong deed in their life.

I don't care what others think. A TTP terrorist killing innocent people or Maoist/LeT terrorist, all are same.

Do you have any proof that he headed that organization.? Also, after all Hafiz Saeed leads JuD and LeT (Both banned in Pakistan and by UNSC) and still galavants around in Pakistan on pretext that Pakistani courts haven't found him guilty (I am sure a lot of Pakistanis have his Moorti in their houses ). Then why be different for this dude? Hypocrisy much ???

No, proofs have been given against Hafiz Saeed by Indian government to Pakistan. They refused Pakistani, investigation team to interview the alleged terrorist Kasab and establish his identity. Its, the failure of your own system, don't escape by throwing wild allegations.

I have used HS as an example. You mentioned that this dude belonged to a banned organization and hence a fair target. Well, HS is also a leader of a banned organization, not only by Pakistan but also United Nations. Still he is all over Pakistan in plain sight.. What's different here?

He, is a free man because he has not been charged. And he has not been charged because the "supposed proofs" India has are not forthcoming, nor our teams have been allowed to interview Kasab. So, stop complaining, its your govt's fault, Pakistan has been cooperative all along.

Mate, thats a fairly dictatorial view from a Think Tank (people who are supposed to factor in varied view points into their thinking). I dont see him glorifying terrorism.. Only questioning different standards when it comes to terrorists targeting India vs the ones targeting Pakistan

But both Pakistan govt and UNSC have banned the 2 organizations he is linked with and openly admits to leading one of them. Then how is that case different from this person's. After all there is no proof presented in Pakistani courts against him either.
