Its a valid point. If being associated with a banned organization makes this commander a fair game, then why not the likes of Haqquanis and Hafiz Saeeds of the world.?

There is no Army deployment in Balochistan. Just FC - and i don't know what sort of brain cells made you think that a forgien invasion and internal peacekeeping operations can be measured equally. If, this is the case then you should not have sent your security forces into Mumbai to fight the attackers. Isn't that essentially the same thing too?

What does a ban mean? - Restricted activity, freezing major assets, and that He cant collect money for his charity organization. Unless he has been charged he cant be put into jail and he only will be charged if YOUR govt cooperates and stops feeding BS to its people to hide its own failings.

Well ! even intensity of banned and reaction depends on action of those organisations, BRA is continously active in aggresive activities and attacks in all over Balochistan, and also involved in attacks in Karachi and Lahore , openly took the responsibility of all activities, and threat to conduct more activities, so they were in the pre-ferred list to hold on the incidents, well ! JuD is also banned but never conducted any attack on Pakistan's territory and niether your authorties have provided any proof against their leader.

But i, cant repeat enough, your govt has sent back our investigation commission multiple times and have not cooperated. If, India is hoping that they can have him extradited, it won't happen. He would have to be charged according to our AT courts. And he will not be charged, until your govt comes up with proofs and allows our investigators to investigate Kasab. Legally, Pakistan doesn't know his identity, and no legal proceedings can be carried out until India allows us to ID him first.

All fair points.... But why isnt same due diligence applied to this guy too?? Where is the proof that he belonged to BRA? Who examined that proof. ? Shouldnt he be accorded the same due process that you want for HS ?
