The story did not end there. The main reason why Felani was shot because likely bribe money did not reached the criminal BSF. His father provided 3000 rupee to let them cross the border to a middle man. It is quite probable that the middle man did not pay the due amount of bribe to the BSF. N this greedy and human right violator BSF even was not bothered to kill an unarmed innocent teenage girl for not getting bribe money properly.

This is common known story that Felani`s father provided 3000 rupee to a middle man to cross the border. The middle man was supposed to give the due amount to the BSF but that they likely not given to BSF and killing of Felani was the outcome.

BSF takes bribe is an open secret. The illegal trade now is about 5 billion usd n can hardly be ignored. Illegal cross border trade happen openly at both side of the border. Primary culprits is the BSF to let the smuggler in to Bangladesh and unfotunately BGB also take bribe later to settle and let them in.

Let us be very clear on cow smuggling across the border issue.Agreed there is huge demand for the cows from your side but the truth is that that no one here in India sell their cows to be smuggled across the border.Cows and cattles are costly and they treated as an insurance against bad time . All the cows your people have been eating all these time have been stolen from their rightful owners(This is the reason why it is illegal and called "smuggling")They were not voluntarily sold off to some smugglers to be carried over to your side so the cattle trade is not something to be legalized,moreover there is a huge demand of cows and cattle in neighbouring christian states also and people would rather sell their cows to them if they are so desperate enough.
