Salim, Pakistan has done quite a bit for Afghanistan. It's even done quite a lot for Karzai. He was quite happy living in Pakistan away from the fighting during and after the Soviet invasion. But for the common Afghan, Pakistan has undeniably done the most of any other country.

You should know what India did. Must one recount recent history all the time?

Yes, Afghan refugees have come. International assistance was provided and so did the UN come into play. What was there to complain? It also helped to keep the fires burning in Afghanistan to get them to have a pro Pakistan govt. Even that was messed up by backing the wrong horse!

Compare that with East Pakistan refugees in India. No assistance from anywhere.
