I think its easier for Pakistani film industry to merge with Bollywood than Bangladeshi industry but some talents like James, a Bangladeshi singer has worked in bollywood in Anurag Basu's Gangster. West Bengali and Bangladeshi film should seriously merge together. Its an emergency for Bangladeshi industry at least. Our industry will die in few years if we don't merge with Kolkatan film industry.

Hrithik Roshan has been in the news for his split with wife Sussanne, and his ouster from Karan Johar’s Shuddhi. But Duggu is back in action. It’s official that Hrithik will star in Ashutosh Gowariker’s next film, Mohenjodaro. “We have just confirmed Hrithik for the main lead. We yet have to zero in on an actress,” a source connected to the film told us.

The shoot for Mohenjodaro will begin only after Hrithik wraps up work on Bang Bang. The actor is also undergoing physiotherapy to ensure that he is completely fit before he takes on other films. In the meantime, our source claims that Ashutosh is keen to get Deepika Padukone on board for Mohenjodaro.

“Ashutosh has worked with Hrithik in Jodha Akbar and with Deepika as well (Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Se). However, Hrithik and Dippy haven’t worked together so far, and the fresh pairing might work to the film’s advantage,” our source added. The mega-budget, period film is scheduled to go on the floors early next year.

Mani Ratnam’s magnum opus, which is reported to be made on a budget of 100 crores, will start rolling from May onwards. There are enough news about this movie circulating in the media and the latest is about the roles to be played by the lead stars in it.

Sources say that Tollywood star Nagarjuna will be seen as a don in the movie and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan as a gutsy lady. Mahesh Babu and Shruti Haasan are to play best buddies, adds a source. We also hear that talks are on with Faahadh Fazil and Nazriya to do cameos in this untitled film.
