folks please read between lines what ha been said - the way BNP laid out transit term may not be transit afterall (i.e. connectivity extending to China mostlikely through Silighuri-Sikkim). But there is still lots of unknown.

Nathula Pass is opened only for 4 months to trade with China, trade is limited.
