That maybe one of the reasons but another is the fact that fanboys ignore so conveniently is that there is a huge difference in a simulated environment versus the real thing in a war. So my suggestion is continue enjoying this but dont drag Pakistan or its missile program needlessly.
That's true. But, at the same time, it is also true that nuclear missiles are not the weapons for war fighting. It is the weapon of last resort before getting fully destroyed. So, what such Indian air defense tests do is that it negates the nuclear bluff that Pak can annihilate India the moment first Indian tank enters Pak soil. It does not give such luxury for using TNW, fearing retaliation from India .
putting a ring around pakistan will be more effective, they dont have a large land mass unlike china.
But, what's about submarine based? They will have it sooner or later.
I believe navy would track every submarine once it leaves the shores of pakistan. The have diesel subs which can be submerged max for 15 days. It should be easier to detect launches at sea as heat signature will be quite clear unlike land mass having a lot of clutter.
Chinese navy is already docking nuclear submarines at the Karachi port, allegedly for training purpose for Pak Navy. Soon Pak will have them.
I think PDV has replaced PAD. PAD has its second stage as liquid fueled and hence discarded!
