سلام آباد: حکومت کی جانب سے سیکیورٹی خدشات کے پیش نظر اسلام آباد کے بازاروں میں خودکش حملہ آوروں کے حوالے سے آگہی مہم چلاتے ہوئے بینرز آویزاں کر دیے گئے ہیں جس میں خود کش حملہ آوروں کے حوالے سے چند بنیادی معلومات دی گئی ہیں اور اطلاع دینے کے لیے فون نمبر بھی دیے گئے ہیں۔حکومت نے سیکیورٹی خدشا ت کے پیش نظر شہریوں کو بھی کہا ہے کہ وہ اپنے اردگردکے ماحول سے باخبر رہیں اورکسی خودکش حملہ آورکے حوالے سے ہیلپ لائن فون نمبرز 1135 پر اطلاع دیں۔ اسلام آبادکے بازاروں میں آویزاں بینرزمیں خودکش حملہ آور کی نشانیاں بتائی گئی ہیں جن میں یہ کہاگیاکہ خودکش حملہ آورکی عمر14سے 19سال کے درمیان ہو گی۔خودکلامی اورہونٹو ں کی مسلسل جنبش، لباس بھاری ڈھیلااور صاف، مشکوک حرکات و سکنات، چہرے پر پیلاہٹ اور رنگت اڑی ہوئی ہو گی، دونوں بازو جسم سے فاصلے پر ہوں گے۔ عموماً اسپورٹس جوتے یا جوگرز پہنے ہوئے ہو گا۔ شہریوں سے کہا گیا ہے کہ اطلاع دینے والے کا نام صیغہ راز میں رکھا جائے گا۔

agreed body language , bulking clothing to hide the explosive vest , Mumbled prayers ( as one of the musharraf suicide bomber was witnessed ) , sweating, nervous behavior as these people are in the last
moments of their lives....more over there walking style cant be normal as they have extra weights on them.

Remember if it doesn’t look right or if it doesn’t sound or smell right, report it! When observing your surroundings, use the look, scent, listen method.

Start from head and go to toes, clothing information such as shirts, pants, shoes, accessories, and then consider the physical characteristics of the individual such as:

1. Body shape
2. Skin colour/ Eye Colour
3. Hair [colour and length]
4. Height
5. Gender
6. Age
7. Distinguishing features including voice, accent, strange smells such as “Charred hands, or smelling like oil or chemicals etc.”
8. Finally record the direction of travel: Which way were they going.

No such technology exists, yes there are stand off tools but discussing those on an open forum would expose existing countermeasures to members of the public that should not be privy to such information .

Like hitting his head from behind to make him unconscious......?
Or locking up his arms around neck so he could not reach the jacket trigger?
Or just give him a knock out sucker punch?

Suicide bombers are mostly young boys. They are not trained enough to fight back... and they are also not stronger enough to out power you....... if you use your mind wisely and strength of your body.. ... you can do this....... or otherwise what happened to Aitzaz Hasan will happen to you....n.

What you suggest.......???

If you track some suspect and instead of running away or making noise...... you get close to him to point where you have one choice..... step ahead, take risk and strangle him with your arms....... or simply step back and save your life......

Don't be stupid! an average suicide vest detonates and produces a number of effects chiefly being the blast overpressure "Shockwave" it is estimated that the average vest ( depending on varying factors) can produce blast overpressure of anywhere between 50-150 PSI within the immediate area around the T.

According to the "Forensic Neuropathology, Third Edition" blast overpressure of 100-250 PSI is not survivable. Your best job as a civilian is to observe, report and evacuate or if it is a car or package, move as far as possible away from the object min distance between 300-400 meters.
